Chef Ernie’s passion to recreate an ethnic cuisine took time, special ingredients, and his Mom’s techniques to fulfill a dream come true. 

With years of catering experience, a passion for helping people, and a background as a health educator, Jane strives to deliver knowledge, set your mind at ease, and raise the bar by providing attention to detail to all your catering needs. 

Together, Ernie and Jane bring people together with great food, full-service catering, and effortless planning at EJ 2Step Caterers and Café.
